About Me
My name is Andrew Sleater, founder of LeveragEQ. I am an experienced Psychotherapist and Coach, accredited with IACP (Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and IAHIP (Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy). I am a member of ICF, the international Coaching Federation.
I am a published author in the European Journal of Counselling Psychology 2020. I have 25+ years’ experience in Senior Leadership roles, in business, across diverse organisations.

About LeveragEQ
After you make contact, I will arrange a free introductory session for you at a convenient time, lasting 30 minutes. Coaching can be a big step and during our first chat, you can decide whether you like my energy and approach. We can discuss your goals and if you decide to proceed, make a coaching plan. People normally require a few sessions but how many you want to do is up to you. Sessions are usually scheduled monthly, but that can be flexible depending on your needs.
I provide a confidential safe and non-judgemental space for clients to explore their existing situation and consider their options for the future.
I work from a person-centred perspective placing great importance on the coaching relationship, empowering you to find your own answers. I draw on concepts in existential philosophy (what it is to be human).
My role will be to listen, bringing your attention to things you might not have noticed, suggesting things to consider, and assisting you in exploring a different perspective. I will help you deepen your understanding of yourself.
As sessions are reserved specifically for you and cannot be reassigned at short notice, cancellations within 48 hours of the session will be charged at the full rate.
