HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY?
The key difference between coaching and therapy is that coaching is future orientated with a strong focus on goal achievement.
HOW LONG DOES EACH COACHING SESSION TAKE?
A session generally runs from one, to one and a half hours. During the initial consultation, we will discuss your requirements and work out a plan for your coaching sessions. If required, session times can be altered.
DO YOU OFFER REMOTE SERVICES?
We offer teleconference sessions via Zoom & will talk you through this process when you contact us.
WHAT IS THE COST?
Coaching programmes will be different for each individual client and if after an introduction session you are interested in proceeding, we can look at options to suit your coaching expectations.
